What is the shipping policy?

Expect Shipping Delays
Due to COVID-19, carriers (USPS & UPS) are experiencing increased delivery times and lags on tracking. We advise that if your order is late to contact these carriers directly for an update. Unfortunately, we will be unable to issue you a refund for the shipping fee.


At Shop Amei, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible.

Shop Amei shipping process  

Payment Confirmation

o A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

o Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed. After payment is received to Shop Amei the order cannot be canceled or changed and will be non-refundable.


o It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

o If your order is prepared within 24 hours of your order being placed, then we will ship out your order on that same day.

o To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame of your preference, please make sure your address is fully entered and is correctly typed.

o If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail. If you placed your order over the weekend and realized this, call Monday to inform us. If we are able to correct the error, we will. No worries.

o If there are issues with verifying your address, we will contact you to obtain the correct address. If after several attempts of contacting you, and you do not respond by phone or by e-mail, you order will be canceled and your money will then be refunded to you. Please note that this is the only situation for a refund. If you do not receive the refund and Shop Amei has confirmed accuracy of issuing your refund, please contact your bank.


o Shipments take approximately 3-8 business days.

o Once your order is shipped out, an e-mail notification with your tracking number will be sent to you.

o Orders are shipped USPS or UPS. You will have the ability to select which carrier you prefer on the order screen at checkout.

o Your shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

o If you would like a Signature Confirmation (with USPS) or Delivery Confirmation (with UPS) to ensure your order is delivered safely, please include it in the notes of your order and you will be invoiced the USPS or UPS fee.

o Customer is responsible for shipping selection at checkout and payment of the shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable and non-avoidable unless the sale includes “Free Shipping” for your order.

o All shoes ship without boxes. Please be aware before placing your order.

o Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

o We do not ship overnight.

Shipping on Weekends and Holidays

o Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS or UPS. For us to process your order, please allow a 1-3 business day time frame from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.

Adding Items to Ship with Previous Orders

We are not able to add items to a previous order that has already been shipped. Please place a new order.

How Long is Shipping?

o Once your order has shipped, shipping time will be based upon the shipping option that you select at checkout.

o The estimated time of delivery are:

     o For USPS:
          o Standard Shipping First Class Package: $2.99 (1-3 days)
          o Parcel Select Ground shipping: $7.32-$7.50 (2-8 days)

     o For UPS:
          o Ground Shipping: $7.63 (1-3 days)
          o Next Day Air: $20.39 (Next day)

How do I track my order?

o When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

o You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.


o We are not responsible for orders lost in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses by the customer, stolen packages, customer realizes the incorrect items have been purchased by the customer themselves, damages that may be caused during transit via USPS or UPS, or unclaimed/refused packages.

o Any packages returned to us as undelivered will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the USPS or UPS to file a claim. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS and/or UPS. If your package was lost, you will need to contact your nearest USPS office or nearest UPS location and provide them with the tracking number that was sent to you once we shipped your order.

o We will work with customers to replace packages if your package is sent back to us. Customer is responsible to reshipping fees. We can not replace your package because it was lost.

o Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.

By ordering on you acknowledge and agree that Shop Amei holds no responsibility for the above situations and that Shop Amei will be held harmless in the court of law.
