Why was my order cancelled?


Your order may have been cancelled for the following reasons:


o We were unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card company or bank has on file, the order will automatically be cancelled.

o You placed an order that is or appears to be fraudulent.

o If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card company or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, resume your order or create a new order using the correct billing address.


What are your shipping charges?


o The estimated shipping fees for delivery are:

     o For USPS:
          o Standard Shipping First Class Package: $2.99 (1-3 days)
          o Parcel Select Ground shipping: $7.32-$7.50 (2-8 days)

     o For UPS:
          o Ground Shipping: $7.63 (1-3 days)
          o Next Day Air: $20.39 (Next day)

How will my order ship?

Does Shop Amei offer in-store or curbside pickup?

What if I need to return an item?
