Shop Amei values and strives to satisfy our customers. Unfortunately, we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, EXCHANGES, STORE CREDIT, OR GIFTS CARDS at this time. To ensure you will be satisfied with your item it is recommended that you follow the tips below.

When shopping, keep in mind:

  • Size chart
  • Details in description
  • Double check and review your entire order, including the address(-es), in your order before paying for your order.
  • Suggestions for sizing (items may run small or large per vendor)
  • Model size and Measurements


Cancelling a Purchase


o If you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed. We will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order after they have been processed.

o To submit a return or to check the status of an order that you have cancelled please contact us at Janine@shopamei.com. Please note that you will need to include your order number so that we can process your cancellation efficiently.

 

Did you receive a notification that your order was cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for the following reasons:

o We were unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card company or bank has on file, the order will automatically be cancelled.

o You placed an order that is or appears to be fraudulent.

o If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card company or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, resume your order or create a new order using the correct billing address.
